What is a 'Mummy MOT?'

A Mummy MOT is a specialist postnatal examination for mums following both vaginal and caesarean deliveries. It assesses how your stomach and pelvic floor muscles are recovering after childbirth as well as your posture and functional movements. This is to allow your Mummy MOT practitioner to provide you with a detailed report of findings as well as specific exercises and a tailored treatment plan that will aid you in your recovery and get you back on track with your fitness goals.

A Mummy MOT practitioner is a specialist-trained healthcare professional (Such as an Osteopath, Physio or midwife).
